Briana Jo Madden, 19, of the 100 block of Spruill Drive, Elizabeth City, was arrested April 24 and charged with possession of alcohol while being less than 21 years. A $200 secured bond was set.

Shannon Marie Nixon, 31, of the 2700 block of Main St. Ext., Elizabeth City, was arrested April 24 and charged with misdemeanor larceny and possession of stolen goods

Bridgett Christine Decker, 43, of the 900 block of Simpson Ditch Road, Elizabeth City, was arrested April 24 and charged with failure to appear in court as required. A $255 cash bond was set.

Andrea Lorraine Goodman, 41, of the 200 block of Bosley Road, Sunbury, was served with a criminal summons on April 25 for writing a worthless check.

Scott Arthur Collins, 44, of the 100 block of Moonlight Trail, Elizabeth City, was arrested April 26 and charged with violating court orders. A $5,000 cash bond was set.

Sydney Lynn Etheridge, 22, of the 1000 block of Horseshoe Road, Elizabeth City, was served with a criminal summons on April 26 for misdemeanor larceny and tamper with utility meter.

Yvette Michelle Evans, 48, of the 1000 block of Tuscarora Ave., Elizabeth City, was arrested April 26 and charged with civil contempt of court, child support.

Rebecca Marie Hewitt, 33, of the 100 block of Letitia Drive, Elizabeth City, was arrested April 27 and charged with two counts of failure to appear in court as required. A $2,000 secured bond was set.

Banchola Leeshawn Parker, 22, of the 400 block of Chapanoke Road, Hertford, was arrested April 29 and charged with fugitive. A $500,000 unsecured bond was set.

Ban Zoller Lee, 44, of the 900 block of U.S. Highway 158, Elizabeth City, was cited on April 29 for driving while license is revoked.

Ray Lassiter Jr., 16, of the 100 block of the Spruill Drive, Elizabeth City, Elizabeth City, was served with a criminal summons on April 29 for misdemeanor larceny.

Darren Kedgrett Whitehurst, 45, of the 1400 block of River Road, Elizabeth City, was arrested April 29 and charged with failure to appear in court as required. An $800 cash bond was set.

Edward Percy Garrett, 33, of the 1600 block of Weeksville Road, Elizabeth City, was arrested April 29 and charged with two counts of failure to appear in court as required. A $1789.08 cash bond was set.

Austin Rickey Anderson, 18, of the 1100 block of Commissary Road, Elizabeth City, was arrested April 30 and charged with failure to appear in court as required. A $500 secured bond was set.

Allen Montgomery Pruett, 20, of the 100 block of Sutton Drive, Elizabeth City, was cited on May 1 for possession of less than one and 1/2 ounces of schedule IV of a controlled substance.

Michael Nicholas Thigpen, 18, of the 100 block of Jessup St., Elizabeth City, was cited on May 1 for possession of less than one and 1/2 ounces of schedule IV of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Brian David Elliott, 45, of the 300 block of South Dyer St., Elizabeth City, was arrested May 1 and charged with failure to appear in court as required. A $300 cash bond was set.

Mark Eugene Crowley, 48, of the 200 block of South Griffin St., Elizabeth City, was arrested April 24 and charged with interfering with emergency communications and resisting, delaying or obstructing a law enforcement officer. A $4,000 unsecured bond was set.

Monique Dupree Turner, 37, of the 900 block of Emma Kate Court, Newport News, Va., was arrested April 25 and charged with misdemeanor larceny and driving while license is revoked. A $3,000 secured bond was set.

Currituck Sheriff

James Darrell Cooper, 19, of the 100 block of Wedgewood Blvd., Moyock, was arrested April 14 and charged with reckless driving to endanger, operating ATV on public roadway, and no helmet on motorcycle. A $1,200 unsecured bond was set.

Garland Lee Evans, 44, of the 100 block of Wedgewood Blvd., Moyock, was arrested April 14 and charged with possession with intent to sell or deliver schedule IV of a controlled substance, possession of schedule IV of a controlled substance, and possession of drug paraphernalia. A $1,200 unsecured bond was set.

Donnie Maurice Douglas, 37, of the 100 block of Poplar Circle, Moyock, was arrested April 14 and charged with driving while license is revoked, possession with intent to sell or deliver schedule IV of a controlled substance, maintaining a place for possession of a controlled substance, and possession with intent to manufacture, sell or deliver schedule IV of a controlled substance. A $500 secured bond was set.

Allen Kerr Ellis, 58, of the 100 block of Walnut Island Blvd., Grandy, was arrested April 15 and charged with assault on female. A $500 bond was set.

Lauren Jeanette Helgren, 22, of the 100 block of Reef Lane, Grandy, was arrested April 15 and charged with breaking and entering, larceny after breaking and entering, and injury to real property. A $15,000 secured bond was set.

Kelly Michelle Scanlan, 46, of the 1700 block of Greenleese Circle, Frederick, Md., was arrested April 17 and charged with driving while impaired. A $1,200 bond was set.

Tevin Diante Davis, 19, of the 100 block of Jones Circle, Manteo, was arrested April 17 and charged with driving while impaired.

Erin Lynn Fitzgerald, 28, of the 6300 block of Whaleyville Blvd., Suffolk, Va., was arrested April 18 and charged with failure to appear in court as required and fugitive. A $10,000 secured bond was set.

Joe Anthony Quiro Davila, 17, of the 49200 block of Quidley Place, Buxton, was arrested April 19 and charged with failure to appear in court as required. A $1,000 bond was set.

Angela Marie Coen, 21, of the 7500 block of Caratoke Highway, Jarvisburg, was arrested April 19 and charged with possession with intent to sell or deliver schedule IV of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia. A $1,200 secured bond was set.
