A local Columbus Ohio retirement community just got better. Following the official ground breaking in June, 2012, Wesley Ridge Retirement Community opens the doors of its new Robert A
Grand opening ceremonies are planned for April 4, 2013, at 4pm, with the official ribbon cutting scheduled at 4:30pm. Methodist ElderCare Services announced plans for the expansion in January of 2012.
“The Robert A. Barnes Center represents the Wesley Ridge tradition of excellent healthcare and rehabilitation. Our residents expect excellent care and beautiful facilities, and that’s what they’ll find here.” Says Margaret Carmany, CEO. The public is invited to tour the 31,000 square foot skilled nursing facility, which features private and companion resident rooms, physical and occupational therapy rooms, therapy gym, family-style kitchen and dining room, library, salon, and fine arts studio. The facility also offers a medical and dental exam room, as well as outpatient therapy services for Wesley Ridge's more than 200 residents. “The facility is beautiful and residents will receive excellent, individualized care,” adds Carmany.
Wesley Ridge Retirement Community opened in 1998.

Wesley Glen ~ a retirement community just south of Worthington on High Street that opened in 1969, and is home to nearly 400 residents. Wesley Glen also features a skilled nursing facility and newly opened state-of-the-art Wellness Center.
Wesley Ridge Adult Day Care Services ~ an adult day care program that provides an individualized plan of daytime care for senior adults.
